As a production employee (m/w/d), you are the heart of the manufacturing process. You will be part of a team that produces high-quality products and ensures that every phase of production runs smoothly. Your use is crucial to the quality and efficiency, and you will work in a shift, including early, late and night shifts. Efficiency, team spirit and the ability to adapt to changing challenges are at the heart of your day.

• You take over the operation and monitoring of production machines and equipment.
• You make sure the manufactured products meet the quality standards.
• You carry out smaller maintenance work and cleaning work on machines and plants.
• You document production processes and possible disturbances.
• You work closely with your team to optimize processes and solve problems.
• You are ready to participate in a multilayer operation (break, late and night shift).

We are looking for

To successfully become a production employee (m/w/d), you should bring some basic skills and skills. Especially important are your commitment and willingness to work in a shift.

• You have at least German knowledge on B2 level so that communication works smoothly.
• You have the willingness to work in a 4-shift operation and are time-flexible.
• You are detailed and can also work precisely under time pressure.
• You are physically resilient and like to work in a team-oriented environment.
• A conclusion or experience in production is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
