From strategic portfolio planning to the conception of IT solution architectures to successful implementation – we ensure that our works are optimally supported. Become part of a dedicated team that in close cooperation with specialist departments and IT service providers drives innovative solutions and actively shapes the digital transformation at Bosch Rexroth. As an SAP S/4 HANA IT expert for production (w/m/div.) you support the process managers in the formulation of meaningful system requirements as well as in the consolidation and control of IT requirements taking into account existing IT solutions, architectural elements and principles. You take over the design and implementation of new IT solutions with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA and adjacent technologies such as SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud to implement process requirements in production, factory maintenance and quality management. Thanks to your expertise in the fields of IT architecture, project management and process harmonisation, you act as a product owner for the design of the IT solution with introduction and rollout in the German Bosch Rexroth plants, EMEA and worldwide. In addition, you are responsible for the coordination and control of internal and external service providers and thus ensure a smooth project sequence and efficient implementation of IT solutions. You guide the cross-system design and integration of production processes for transferring existing SAP ERP solutions to SAP S/4 HANA with the development of standardized templates and their rollout.

Education: completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable qualification. Personality and working methods: high level of responsibility and communication skills; future-oriented thinking and action, safe occurrence and excellent negotiating skills; high result orientation Experience and know-how: multi-year experience in implementing SAP ERP or SAP S/4 HANA applications; knowledge of processes in production, factory maintenance and/or quality management; experience in team leadership; very good knowledge of SAP modules PP, PM, QM or S/4 HANA; ideally knowledge of ERP-related technologies for web frontends, mobile technologies, SAP-PI interfaces, web services, reporting and permissions; Knowledge of an MES system for integration with S/4 HANA Other: readiness to travel within southern Germany and to Bosch Rexroth plants worldwide Languages: German and English
