The site combines organization, communication and administration in a diverse ecclesiastical field of work. You work closely with the general and voluntary team and contribute to reliable processes in everyday life. Your tasks are: Contact person in the municipal office (personal, telephone, digital) Organization and Structure of Office Operations Support for employees in the Annunciation Service Financial management (invoices, cash, bills, donations) Membership Administration (Church reporting, documents, statistics) Writing and cooperation with the church administration

Technically: Commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in office management (interested in church) Safe handling of MS Office Experience in working with M365 Openness for digital tools and new working methods (e.g. AI)

Personal: Friendly and binding occurrence Sovereign dealing with different concerns Ability to structure concerns and forward them to the competent authorities in a targeted manner Clarity in one's own role in interaction with main and volunteers Independent, structured and reliable operation Teamability and Reliability
