In the exciting position as a legal specialist (w/m/d) Technical street management, you can check whether the legal and technical requirements are met in the incoming applications and are contact partners (w/m/d) for engineering offices, municipalities and companies. In this exciting and responsible position you represent the interests of Autobahn GmbH in the area of road management to the outside. In the course of the following tasks: Compilation of road regulations with respect to the Federal Highway Office To coordinate and manage the development of the road network, including the compilation of the associated positions Creating agreements by road and lawfulness Section management: Close cooperation and coordination with internally involved bodies (e.g. departments, motorway masters, transport and operating centres, etc.) Participation in professional boards, including exchange with our headquarters in Berlin Compilation of notifications and contracts (use and funeral contracts) under the TKG

Completion of university studies in the field of law, business (right), public management or in a field with comparable contents or professional experience Knowledge of street law Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C1 to GER/CEFR) Class B driving licence as well as standby for occasional service

That would be desirable: Technical understanding Knowledge of the relevant legal standards relevant to the activity to be carried out (including FStrG, TKG)

Group of charges: E11 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
