Assistant to the Managing Director DACH (m/f/d)

In this responsible role, you support the Managing Director DACH / the Managing Director of BRITA Vivreau GmbH comprehensively in the operational, organizational and content of daily business. You act as an austerity partner, structural engineer and operative key function, and you play a key role in shaping decision-making, control and communication processes at Executive level.

The operational and organizational support of the Managing Director in all matters is your responsibility You organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, business trips and events on your own and always keep an overview A structured pre- and post-processing of management, strategy, and governance meetings, you reliably Presentations, decision documents and management reports are available professionally and continuously develop these Keeping decisions, measures and open points is also part of your task Actively participate in cross-departmental projects and strategic issues A close interface work with internal and external stakeholders within the DACH organization as well as with group functions is your own A structured flow of information between management and relevant departments is guaranteed at any time
