As a technical editor for commissioning and maintenance docking, you are responsible for the creation and maintenance of commissioning, repair and operating instructions as well as other technical documentation in an innovative and dynamic environment. They work closely with our specialist departments to prepare complex technical content in a comprehensible and target group-oriented manner. Your texts and documentation help to communicate our products and services clearly and precisely and ensure that all relevant information is accessible to different user groups. In this role, you have the opportunity to develop your expertise in an international environment and to support diverse projects. Description In this position you are responsible for the creation and maintenance of commissioning, repair and operating instructions for our products. They work closely with engineers and developers to capture technical content and convert it into understandable and precise texts. It is your responsibility to ensure that all documentation complies with the applicable standards and guidelines and is always up to date. They actively contribute to the development and optimization of documentation processes and tools to improve both efficiency and quality. In addition, you support the creation of online help and training documents to continuously improve user experience. The close cooperation with various teams ensures that technical information is communicated clearly and correctly.

They have completed their studies in the field of technical editors, communication or a comparable qualification. Your well-founded experience in technical documentation, especially when creating commissioning, repair and operating instructions, is complemented by your extensive knowledge of relevant tools and software (e.g. MS Office, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCapre). With a strong technical understanding, you are able to prepare complex issues in a comprehensible and targeted manner. Their very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing enables precise and professional communication. They work independently, structured and bring significant communication skills to work effectively with different departments. Ideally, you have already gained experience in creating online documentation or web content. Your willingness to travel and interest in new technologies complete your profile.
