Junior Project Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You receive IT requests via our ticket system, by phone or e-mail and provide quick results. You independently analyze technical problems and find suitable solutions You set up jobs, configure and maintain them reliably. You take care of the procurement of IT hardware and the receipt of goods. Networking works such as patching, firewall adaptations and switch configuration also belong to your task area. You work closely with other IT teams in the group, for example in the field of network and security. You participate in the weekly changing IT professional service. You set users and manage them in the Active Directory. You plan, organize and implement IT projects independently. You coordinate cooperation with external service partners. You’ll take part in the further development of our IT landscape – from process optimization to documentation to the introduction of new systems. You install Apple iPhones and ensure their smooth use. You are actively involved in projects such as commissioning or employee relocations. You support your colleagues in questions about PCs, notebooks, printers and software. The planning, implementation and administration of our electronic locking system is also your responsibility.

Very good German and good English skills are required. You have experience in IT-Helpdesk or in technical support and are familiar with the analysis of problems and the independent development of solutions. Microsoft 365 (including teams and SharePoint) is your everyday life. You know about Windows 11 and Apple iOS and can safely support users. Active Directory and basic network skills are not strange to you. Reliability, team spirit and a clear communication are the key to you. Pre-experiences with VCenter, Cisco switches or Cisco DNA are a plus, but not a must.
