Advising executives and project managers in risk assessments, risk analyses and in selecting and implementing appropriate measures Implementation of visits to sites and construction sites for overarching assessment of working conditions, plant and equipment Analysis of incidents and accidents and derivation of sustainable and cross-sector prevention measures Developing and ensuring the application of our integrated management system (IMS) in the area of responsibility with a focus on quality, safety, health, environment and energy (QHSE) Planning and implementation of training and training measures for employees and managers Implementation of internal audits and monitoring of external certification procedures (including ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001) in the area of responsibility Creation of reports and documentation for executives, authorities and certification bodies Advice and support in the selection, evaluation and management of subcontractors within the management system Participation in the further development of occupational safety, quality and environmental standards in close coordination with the Group

You have completed technical studies or a comparable qualification, for example as master:in or technician:in. You are trained specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) and ideally additionally bring a SiGeKo qualification or are ready to acquire it. You have already gained initial experience in the field of occupational safety, occupational safety management or in the technical environment, ideally in energy infrastructure projects. In addition, you have a well-founded knowledge of occupational health and safety as well as a good understanding of operational processes and the systematic implementation of legal and internal requirements. You are happy to develop and are willing to complete a training course and to pass on your knowledge in the course of training and training.
