Structure, professional leadership and continuous development of the Project Management Office (PMO) Identification, assessment and introduction of AI-based methods, processes and tools for the continuous development of the PMO, increasing transparency and improving efficiency and quality in the project portfolio. Strategic orientation of the PMO at corporate and sectoral objectives Development, introduction and further development of project management standards, methods, processes and templates Establishment and further development of a company-wide project governance including stage-gate processes, releases and escalation mechanisms Responsibility for multi-project and portfolio management across all projects. Participation in prioritization and resource management Development and establishment of a uniform project controller including KPI systems, dashboards and management reporting Ensuring compliance with project management standards and implementation of project reviews and quality audits Responsibility for capacity and resource management within the team Advising the department and management for project-strategic questions

Successfully completed studies of economic engineering, business management, business informatics or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in project management and project management office Multiannual leadership responsibility Experience in building and developing PMO structures Very good knowledge in project portfolio, resource and multi-project management Experience in project governance and project controlling Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Safe occurrence at management level German and English skills

Ideally you bring: PM certification (IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2) Experience in the strategic use of artificial intelligence (AI) and generic AI to optimize PMO processes, project management, reporting and Decision-making and the introduction of appropriate methods and standards. Experience in the industrial CAPEX or engineering environment Knowledge of modern PM tools (MS Project) Experience with Digital Project Management and Reporting Solutions (Power BI o. ä.) Knowledge of agile project management methods Experience in the food environment
