You strengthen our team in the entire process of customer service from consulting, support to proactive further development of processes You process all customer requests along the supply chain and analyze and monitor the agreed Fulfilment performance components and KPI You identify optimization potentials in the logistics processes You develop creative ideas to improve customer experience and customer satisfaction You prepare meetings before and after and start corresponding reporting and work in corresponding project topics

You have successfully completed your studies and have already gained first practical experience and/or have a multi-year professional experience in the logistics industry You have a high affinity for information technology control of logistics processes You are self-initiative and have a pronounced service-mentality and are targeted You are very analytic and have a high problem-solving competence You are strong in communication and you are characterized by a safe and pleasant appearance With MS Office you work safely and speak fluent English in word and writing
