IT Operations You support the 1st level support and take care of service requests and incidents – focusing on key topics You administrate our Microsoft 365 environment (Azure AD, Entra ID, Intune, IAM) and soar for smooth operation You are actively working on the further development and modernization of our Digital Workplaces In close coordination with service providers and departments, you ensure that everything is running around You monitor standard processes, licenses and recognize optimization potential at an early stage Technical application and system management You support in the technical operation of our business applications and system landscapes – both on-prem and in the cloud You stabilize, document and analyze systems, interfaces and data flows New applications? You evaluate them technically and accompany their integration into our existing architecture You are the connecting interface between internal IT and specialist areas

Practical experience in IT support and IT operations Secure knowledge of Microsoft‐365-Administration (Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM) Funded expertise on client hardware and modern workplace management Routine in error analysis at application level (2nd level) Awareness in structured documentation and good understanding of complex server and system landscapes In technical application management, especially in the handling of system interfaces Basics of common IT service processes, ideally according to ITIL standard Sovereign handling of classic ticket systems A strong service orientation, willingness to learn, team spirit and a reliable and structured way of working
