You will become part of the Compliance section, which consists of the areas of compliance, money laundering prevention and data protection. The team consists of business economists:inside and jurists:the company is responsible for complying with the legal and regulatory requirements of the Viridium Group. Colleagues understand themselves as facilitators - with the aim of showing legal ways that can be integrated as seamlessly as possible into existing processes and structures. For this purpose, You develop practical solutions for the implementation of legal, data protection and regulatory requirements, advise specialist areas as well as decision-makers, and accompany the implementation in the end with the operational teams and IT. A current focus is on the legal and regulatory support of initiatives relating to the use of artificial intelligence. As a specialist:in data protection and compliance*, you will cover a broad field of practice: You work closely with the data protection officer, analyze data protection requirements, respond to their implementation, advise specialist areas, e.g. in the case of complex customer requests or litigation, and cooperate in the course of business purchases and acquisitions.
