In order to strengthen the team, we are now looking for an engineer (m/w/d) IT- & Kommunikationstechnik for the planning of construction projects in an indefinite permanent position at the Berlin-Wedding site.

The position is offered in full time - a part-time option is also possible. Mobile work or Homeoffice can be realized in proportion.

Planning with vision, technology with future: In this key role, you take over the technical control of IT and communication systems in complex construction projects - from the first idea to the successful implementation. Anyone who loves technology, keeps an overview and likes to help shape the perfect combination of planning depth, project responsibility and future relevance.

In detail, the task area includes: taking over the technical management of complex IT projects or Partial projects with responsibility for appointment, quality and budget requirements - from planning to the mule-free commissioning of modern IT and communication systems. Central interface function for large-scale projects: coordination of external planning offices and ensuring smooth project execution by providing all relevant foundations. Creation of performance directories for construction services in the IuK area for the award of freelance services and management of the contracted companies and planning offices. Developing technical documentation and IT security-relevant concepts (e.g. operating manual, IT security guidelines) to ensure a stable and secure IT operation.

A completed study of the field of communication technology, (economic) informatics, communication technology or a comparable qualification based on multiannual relevant professional experience Found experience in the technical design and technical planning of IuK plants - ideally within the framework of complex construction projects Knowledge of the assignment and processing of external services according to HOAI, VOB and VOL Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. B2, ideally C1) Ideally, you also have:confidence with the relevant laws, standards and technical regulations (e.g. DIN, VDE) System knowledge in the field of fire alarm systems, loudspeaker systems, video technology, etc. Basic knowledge in the field of network technology
