Development and maintenance of serverless data pipelines (ELTR) on AWS or comparable cloud platforms to integrate and process data Construction and optimization of data architectures in snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses Implementation and management of ETL/ELT processes with Python in a serverless environment Creation and optimization of Star Schema data models to support BI and reporting requirements Ensuring data quality and consistency by implementing data validations and monitoring Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automation of deployments and data processing processes Use of Docker to Containerize and Provide Data Engineering Solutions Performance tuning and optimization of data processing processes to ensure efficient and scalable data flows

Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years) as a data engineer or in a comparable role Very good knowledge of SQL and experience with Cloud Data Warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery Programming skills in Python for the development of serverless workflows and data processing scripts Experience with serverless architectures on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions) or comparable cloud platforms (e.g. Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) for automating deployments Experience with Docker for containerization and provision of data processing processes Knowledge of data modelling (e.g. Star Schema) and best practices for data warehousing Analytical thinkability and the ability to optimize complex data flows Team skills and communication strength for collaboration with Data Analysts and Business Stakeholders Nice-to-Have: Experience in the application of machine learning techniques Knowledge of monitoring and logging of data pipelines (e.g. with CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack) Understanding Data Governance and Security Policy in Data Infrastructures Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Cassandra)
