You can look forward to · You act as the right hand of our head of staff, and in this role you play for smooth cooperation by efficiently organizing the administrative processes · In doing so, you will take over general assistance activities, such as transferring information about various media and formats, organizing online and presence appointments, and creating overviews · You actively support the Head of Human Resources in different human resources topics and in economic planning · You create meaningful presentations on area-specific topics and make sure that important information is communicated clearly and understandably · You are a member of the “Digital Champions” within the staff team and actively supports the optimization of workflows and the digitization of the personnel area

That's what you bring · You have a completed commercial training, brings many years and varied experience in assistance and knowledge of personnel work with · You are professional in handling MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work quickly in company-specific software solutions · You understand complex relationships quickly and accurately to make processes efficient and holistic · You work extremely independently, responsibly and foreseeable · You are a true organizational institution, always keeps an overview in stressful situations and sets priorities with ease · You communicate empathically, stay calm and sovereign and know how to deal with different stakeholders professionally and appreciateably
