As a Product Owner, you are responsible for the Citizen Developer Platform, designing the product strategy and driving the team up – with real interest in the technical foundations of the platform You enable Citizen Developer to solve their needs independently via the platform – for this you understand their processes, represent their perspective in the team and develop the platform as a product consistently to their benefit You control the triage of incoming requirements: You decide whether a topic is being implemented on the Citizen Developer Platform or passed on to other development teams, thereby manipulating different expectations of the departments You work closely with your Product Owner Colleg: inside and pursuing common goals In your responsible function, you will ensure clarity and transparency for all participants. You bring experience in agile software development and have ideally worked with AI-based development processes – be it AI-supported development, Agentic AI or the development of AI agencies You think strategically, bring along a good technical understanding and understand to develop a convincing product vision and to inspire others You have a feeling for the concerns of different stakeholders and you can make sustainable decisions even in conflict situations. Very good analytical and conceptual skills are of course for you You are convinced by a strong communication strength and self-initiative - you are working with management and know-how supporters: at eye level together Very good German skills complete your profile (at least C1)
