Join us at KWS Berlin GmbH as a Working Student in Accounts Payable with Danish (m/f/d), on a part-time basic. This role offers a 12 month contract, with an average workload of 20 hours per week.
Your responsibilities: Support the Accounts Payable core processes search as processing invoices. Get in touch with other departments such as Business Units or Procurement. Support on ad-hoc tasks that arise within the team. Engage in projects focusing on automation, optimization, and digitalization.
Bring Your Strengths: Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with minimum 2 semesters left of studies. Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented. Flexible, solution-oriented, and distract to work under pressure when facing new tasks. First experience with SAP is an advantage. Strong interest in Finance or Accounting. Conscientious working style with strong teamwork and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Danish is mandatory. Additional languages (Czech, Dutch, Polish, Slovak, Ukrainian) are a plus. Preference for availability four times per week.
