Warehouse Manager (m/w/d)

• Management and coordination of warehouses, internal logistics and fleet • Ensuring efficient storage processes and optimizing operations • Monitoring of stocks and inspection of goods receipt and exit • Responsibility for the implementation of regular inventory • Responsibility for deposits and appropriate technology • Leadership and motivation in the team • trainers and supervisors for trainees in the storage area • Compliance with safety and quality standards

Completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification, with multi-year professional experience ideally with training as a master or technician with training experience in handling goods management systems, knowledge of cargo securing and preferably experience with high-bay bearings Interest and sound technical understanding for automated warehouse processes Leadership with a strong team spirit Communication strength and ability to act in a young, motivated team
