Senior Consultant (m/w/d) für die Bereich "Smart Home" für die Region Schleswig-Holstein Your activity:

• Implementation of commissioning and troubleshooting at Somfy Smart Home Solutions
• Telephone support of customers in technical queries
• Self-employed technical qualification of service requests
• Independent operational planning in consultation with internal coordination
• Demand-dependent collection and communication of all relevant customer and order information
• Post-processing of completed orders
• Active marketing of service products
• Technical product management support
• Active support in developing the knowledge base

Your profile:

• Training and experience in electrical engineering (electrical technicians, electromechanics technicians or electronics technicians [m/w/d])
• Experience in the (radio) control technology in the field of building management or Roller shutter and sun protection is advantageous
• Experience in technical field service
• Safe handling of current MS Office applications and CRM applications
• Software and Network Knowledge
• Good English skills
• Embossed service orientation
• Very good self-organization
• Embossed readiness to travel beyond your own field of use. Several days of service are sometimes required within the Federal Republic.
