Contract & Claim Manager (m/f/d)

Varied and challenging tasks from the operational international day-to-day business for contract creation of national and international treaties and contract negotiations, auditing & commenting on various contractual bases Claim management with customers and suppliers in the project business in cooperation with the departments (project management, engineering, sales, project purchase) Preparation of legal documents, opinions or opinions on current issues and questions of principle Participation in the creation of new contractual templates for the Group's national and international companies Own implementation and summary of research including result presentation Working on updating legal templates and database maintenance

Successful degree in law (economic law or law) First professional experience as an operating lawyer in contract law, preferably in project business (construction, plant construction, etc.) desirable Quick conception as well as independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Considering economic and technical relationships with your recommendations or Work results Enforcement and responsibilities as well as high reliability and very independent working Very good English skills in word and writing, other foreign language skills (e.g. Polish, Spanish, French) of advantage Safe handling of MS Office products
