In your double function as head of the Central Recording Management and the Ambulant Center, you will work together with your seven-headed team to ensure efficient processes and optimal patient control They organize and coordinate patient recordings in close cooperation with the specialist departments and are responsible for the control of patient flows in the course of speaking time operations. The central planning of elective and urgent recordings, taking into account the current bed capacities, is also within your responsibility as well as the continuous development of the processes in both areas. With your leadership skills, you motivate and promote your employees and accompany them in their professional and personal development

They have completed training in health care (for example as MFA, health care and nursing staff or comparable qualifications) They bring organizational skills, communication strength and a sovereign, friendly appearance and always keep in mind the needs of our patients You like to work in the team and contribute to a positive relationship with your open way They are safe in handling computer systems and have ideally already gained experience with hospital information systems (M-KIS) They also keep a cool head in stressful moments, are flexible and resilient and tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner
