You guide the team professionally and disciplinaryly You are responsible for the new plant, care and planting of our outdoor and lawn areas as well as for dams and wood plants You carry out irrigation, fertilizer and plant protection measures and wait or care for our garden pond with fish stocks You are responsible for the maintenance of our own water areas and for the maintenance of the roofing area You support our building technology in the execution of lighter repairs or internal reconstructions You serve our work equipment, are responsible for their maintenance and cleanse the transport routes with corresponding machine park You will also carry out the winter service with suitable broaching machines – also on Sundays and holidays

You bring first leadership experience You have completed training in horticulture and agriculture, have completed further training as a master (GN) or have a similar qualification You work self-employed and are crafted You are also flexible, reliable and have a positive basic setting You should have a driver's license (class B), also class BE
