Senior Consultant Workforce Management (m/f/d)

Design workforce management that works: As an experienced consultant, you advise customers from the middle class to the group – inside and outside the Lufthansa Group. You carry out workshops and translate complex requirements into scalable IT solutions for planning, time and compliance. You advise customers on the introduction and further development of modern workforce management solutions. You analyze technical requirements, design processes and accompany the implementation from idea to productive use. Conducting professional workshops with HR, specialist, IT and co-determination and structuring of requirements Translation of business, process and compliance requirements into clean system and solution concepts Control your own work packages in the project context and close cooperation with customers and different teams Accompanying implementations, tests and Go‐Lives as well as ensuring quality and user acceptance Support in the development of methods, best practices and consulting standards in workforce management

Completed training / completed studies and relevant professional experience in the field of IT Multiannual experience in consulting and implementing workforce management solutions Ideally, you have ATOSS certification or extensive project experience; Knowledge of other workforce management platforms is desirable Embossed consulting skills, flexibility and communication skills at all levels Flowing German and English skills Willingness to project-related travel activities
