Management of our Industrial Real Estate Portfolio and Contact for Internal and External Customers and Service Providers Rental and contract management: from negotiation to the conclusion of lease agreements and supplements Coordination and control of internal and external experts in rental processes and projects (jurists, consultants, brokers, etc.) Identification of potential savings and opportunities for increasing efficiency Control of Real Estate Processes and Support of SPIE GSA Business Units in Property-specific Topics Maintenance of our database with regard to areas bound by the contract Creation and further development of professional standards (e.g. manuals, guidelines, approval processes, green lease, reporting) Proactively drive digital and professional innovations to increase the value of the managed portfolio and optimize internal processes

Successfully completed study of real estate / business administration or comparable training Multiannual relevant professional experience in real estate, ideally in the field of corporate real estate management or commercial real estate management Very good knowledge of commercial rental law Embossed negotiation skills and communication skills, including very good German and English knowledge in word and writing Fun at Real Estate Themes and ESG and work in a dynamic, international working environment Safe handling of MS Office applications (including teams, Sharepoint, like PowerBI), a real estate management software (e.g. Planon) and an ERP system (e.g. SAP) desirable
