Shift Supervisor Injection Molding - Plastics Technology / LEAN (m/f/d)

You take over the personal and disciplinary leadership of your team in the field of injection moulding and plan the personnel use and production processes. You ensure compliance with daily targets in the areas of quality, productivity and occupational safety (HSE) and initiate targeted improvement measures in the event of deviations. Actively advance the continuous improvement by developing your team to LEAN principles and anchoring problem-solving methods in everyday life. You create meaningful reporting on the production key figures and prepare them for management. As a central contact person, you work closely with interfaces such as engineering, sales and tool construction to ensure smooth processes.

You have a completed training as a process mechanic: in plastic and rubber technology, ideally supplemented by a further training as a master or technician. You bring detectable leadership experience in injection molding, for example as a layer or team leader:in. You are safe in dealing with LEAN principles as well as common methods of problem solving in the production environment. As a strong communication manager, you motivate your team and promote open cooperation. You speak fluent German and good English to move safely in the international environment.
