Plant Manager (m/w/d)

Our client is looking for a factory manager (m/w/d), which is characterized by pronounced leadership and pragmatic hands-on mentality. You coordinate all departments on site (HR, finance, sales and, in particular, production), and ensure the highest quality and safety standards. In your function, you will report directly to the Group's International Operations Director and CEO and take a central role in the local management team. An open leader who motivates multidisciplinary teams, establishes a culture of continuous improvement and ensures compliance with all internal and legal standards. General management and responsibility for all production processes at the site to ensure efficiency, safety and highest quality standards.

Central coordination of all departments at the site (production, purchasing, maintenance etc.) for seamless cooperation and the achievement of the corporate goals.

Leadership and development of teams on site and promotion of a culture of continuous improvement (KVP).

Monitoring and optimization of performance, analysis of production data and implementation of process optimization.

Ensuring compliance (HSE), TPM measures and efficient resource management.

Strategic coordination with local and international management as well as reporting to the management on site performance and budgets.

Ensuring product quality and timely deliveries

Coordination between departments (production, logistics, technology, quality, purchasing, HR)

Complete studies (e.g. engineering, manufacturing technology, industrial management or comparable technical/company engineering)

Multiannual, detectable professional experience in the factory or operating management in a production environment (manufacturing)

Outstanding leadership, high communication skills and excellent organizational skills

In-depth know-how in modern manufacturing processes, quality assurance and current safety standards (HSE) and environmental protection

Experience in lean management and the application of continuous improvement processes (KVP) is a big plus

German and English knowledge (in word and writing)

Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
