Digitization: With your know-how, you support customers in the process industry in the introduction and optimization of IT-supported business processes and accompany them in the context of SAP, IT/OT integration, customer excellence and data & analytics/KI on their path of digital transformation. Advice: In technical and conceptual consulting, you clarify customer requirements and contribute your experience from the process industry. Workshops: In workshops and pilot projects, you plan and accompany proof-of-concepts and feasibility studies to test new digital solutions in the process industry. Project work: In projects, you support the planning and implementation of digital strategies and take on customer-oriented roles such as project management, product owner or specialist consulting. Portfolio building: With your experience, ideas and your customer perspective, you actively shape the expansion of our consulting business in the process industry and as an ambassador to your topics in building a future-oriented consulting portfolio.

Education: You have a completed study, for example in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: With at least 5 years of professional experience in the process industry, as well as in the company or IT consulting with IT reference, for example in the chemical industry or the steel industry, you bring profound practical experience into this role. IT competence: Thanks to your strong IT and technology expertise, you develop digital strategies, track relevant trends and provide sound knowledge of digital technologies, IT/OT convergence and their impact on the process industry. Process knowledge: With a deep understanding of production and business processes in the process industry, for example in production, maintenance or supply chain, you can identify optimization potentials and implement suitable solutions. Acquise experience: Based on your experience in the design and control of acquisition situations, you accompany the entire process from the initial language to the project order. AI competence: You use AI tools in your field, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
