Then you will design the future of plasma donation at CSL Plasma with us!

You ensure compliance and continuous development of our quality management system within the framework of Quality Oversight in the plasma centers. You are Change Coordinator for the responsibility of the Quality Assuarance Operation Department. You monitor and optimize processes to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for donors and patients. You process and coordinate deviations, amendments and document revisions, create and approve GMP documents (SOPs,WIs, Risk Analysis) and process complaints. You approve control cards as part of statistical process control and incidents. You shall derive measures resulting from warning and limit value overruns. You organize and carry out training for employees and thus promote quality awareness throughout the team. You prepare audits and inspections, accompany them and consistently accompany the implementation of improvement measures. You work closely with different interfaces and the leadership team at the Plasmacenter to develop and implement innovative quality solutions. You take responsibility for the device and hygiene management as well as the maintenance of the relevant QM documentation. You run and accompany projects for the quality improvement and expansion of the plasma center.

Completed vocational training/studies in the scientific, medical or pharmaceutical field First experience in quality management, ideally in the pharmaceutical environment Excellent quality awareness, organisational talent and self-initiative Communication and Conflictability, Team Spirit and Enforcement Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and creativity in the development of improvements Very good German and good English skills, advanced IT skills (Office) Joy of teamwork and openness for new perspectives readiness to travel within 5-10%
