Professional and organisational leadership of the staff members (approx. 30) Ensuring customer delivery Ensuring compliance with work instructions and quality specifications Implementation of employee coaching and feedback talks Continuous analysis of logistics processes and identification of optimization possibilities Processing of customer complaints Compliance with requirements of occupational/health protection and occupational safety

Insufficient professional experience in employee management and individual development Insufficient professional experience in the manufacturing or service-intensive environment Structured, process-oriented operation and problem solution orientation Good knowledge in a warehouse management or Goods management system as well as in popular MS Office applications, including MS Teams Good English knowledge of word and writing Hands on mentality Willingness to shift work in the two-layer system
