The social service – Somatik is represented at various Vivantes locations in Berlin and supports patients of all somatic areas. We work closely with care, doctors, the rehabilitation department, the Vivantes Hospiz gGmbH and many external partners.

Social work in all somatic areas incl. Child clinic according to the Vivantes social service standards Social and psychosocial consultation of patients Advice on and introduction of rehabilitation measures and other aftercare offers Close cooperation with multi-professional teams and internal cooperation areas Representation within the Vivantes Social Services for cross-site needs

State recognition as a social worker*in or social education / social education (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) Ability to work independently Team spirit, cooperation, communication strength, commitment and openness for constructive feedback Good physical health, as patients need to be visited via extensive stations readiness to cross-site representation Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
