Paralegal (m/f/d)

You work in a motivated and experienced team of lawyers who, without permanent assignment, supervise several lawyers with different areas of activity. Your duties include the handling of correspondence with clients and courts. You are responsible for creating letters, fonts, opinions and contracts. The collection of mailing and mailing outputs as well as the monitoring of deadlines and dates are your responsibility. You take care of the professional appointment and travel management.

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a lawyer. You bring at least. 3 years of relevant professional experience. You are safe in dealing with Microsoft programs, especially Excel, and ideally also have experience with AnNoText. You are service-oriented and always keep an overview, even in turbulent situations. You have the pleasure of learning new things and performing diverse activities as well as special tasks independently.
