Since our software represents real civil engineer logic, we are looking for an interface that combines software technology with sound expertise in road construction. Curious? Then come to our team at the Essen site as soon as possible – Digitale Strassen & Smart City Your tasks Own-responsible project management: You take over your own projects – from the request intake with customers to the conception and implementation. Technical design of our product: You bring your know-how from road construction and transport and make sure that our product correctly reflects real requirements. Working with digital solutions in road construction: Together with our team and our customers, you develop new features – from road condition detection to maintenance strategy. Interface between practice and software: You translate practical requirements (e.g. damage images, prioritization, budget logics) into clear functional requirements for our developers:inside. Practical and application validation: You check workflows, data models and results from the perspective of an engineer in transport. Your profile Qualification: completed studies in civil engineering (focus on road construction/transport) or comparable. Experience in road construction: practical experience in road construction, infrastructure projects or civil engineering. Project Management & Responsibility: Experience or motivation to take over and lead your own projects. Technology affinity: interest in digital solutions, data and technology. Methodology & procedure: Structured, analytical and solution-oriented. Personality: communication strong and interdisciplinary. Languages: Very good knowledge of German for specialist communication and good knowledge of English for the team.
