• Operation of modern machines and equipment according to the specifications
• Monitoring the production process to ensure consistently high quality
• Compliance and documentation of safety and quality requirements
• Maintenance and minor repair work on the machines
• Working together to optimize operations

We are looking for

You don't need mechanical engineering diploma, but a passion for technology and precise work is required. Our machines love it when you understand them and treat them with respect.

• First experience in machine operation or in a similar area (0-3 years)
• Technical understanding and willingness to work into new machines
• Careful and reliable operation
• Flexibility and readiness to work in the 3-shift system
• German knowledge of team communication and documentation
