You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional You have completed your studies in the field of nursing or the recognition of the nursing service management according to §71 SGB XI You have extensive knowledge of quality management You are welcome with us and without professional experience as nursing services They are a team player and possess empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues They are communicative and face the daily challenges in a solution-oriented manner They work independently, motivating and laughing – we also do that
