Clerk (m/w/d) Tax Consultancy

You have completed a commercial training and have already gained first experience in a firm or in a tax department? At one of our locations we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) tax consultancy at the next time in parttime (20-30 hours).

You work independently and you are responsible for many varied tasks. These include all organizational matters that are handled centrally in our back office: correspondence, appointment coordination and time-limit monitoring. You make sure that all contracts and letters to clients, banks and financial offices are correctly placed and processed. You are an interface between the clients and the tax advisory team and “remembrance aid” for our mandaters by keeping track of appointments and tasks. You work with various digital tools that help you to keep track of the job situation for tax returns and master data, set up access rights and manage projects. And you are with your colleagues the communicative, competent and friendly interface between clients and financial offices and authorities. You clarify inquiries, collect information and mediate between the parties.
