For over 100 years, the youth hostels have represented values that enrich life. As a non-profit association we operate 44 youth hostels in the most beautiful places in Baden-Württemberg. We create moments and experiences that remain in our head and go to heart. In a family atmosphere, we work daily to meet this goal. The Creglingen Youth Hostel has 151 beds in 41 rooms. Type of employment: Full time, part time

You prepare meals for the lunch and evening buffet and take into account the economic aspects and the quality standards of the DJH. You clean the dining room and kitchen area incl. Devices in no time and always keep in mind the hygiene and quality standards. You store the goods professionally and control them regularly. You support the menu design and ensure the release of vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. You support in the kitchen and maintenance.

You have already made your passion a profession and have completed your vocational training as a co-cooker (m/w/d) or a domestic worker (m/w/d). You already have professional experience in gastronomy or community service as well as in cleaning. You have a great host heart and a passion for gastronomy. You have knowledge of LMHV, IfSG and device functions. A high degree of reliability and flexibility as well as the readiness to work in the layer system Your own initiative, willingness to use, resilience, confidentiality and trustworthiness are yours. Basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable. German knowledge and ideally English knowledge complete your profile.
