The social administration of the district of Lower Bavaria is the local institution of social assistance and acts as a central partner for existential and participatory services that go beyond the competence of the counties and cities. Its focus is on the financing of assistance for people with disabilities, nursing and people with special social difficulties. In short, The district helps where people's own resources are no longer sufficient to manage their daily lives and their participation in society can no longer be guaranteed. The posts are in category 9b or 9c TVöD/VKA or A 10 BayBesG. The actual grouping or resolution shall be carried out in accordance with your personal qualification or the fulfilment of the conditions under which the authorities are responsible.

You deal with requests for social benefits from receipt to decision: You decide on the nature, extent and amount of benefits to be granted under the Social Code XII. You advise people seeking help in matters of performance. You enforce public and private law claims. You will find solutions suitable for the optimum provision of the service.

You have the following successful completion: 3rd level of qualification, management and finance, examination II for administrative staff, studies of law (at least first State examination) or Bachelor of Laws (LL. B.) or Higher education (at least undergraduate or [FH] diploma). Applicants of students wishing to reorientate their careers in a field of responsibility with sensual, social responsibility are expressly desired. We attach great importance to your motivation, willingness to learn and transferable skills or knowledge from your course of study. Your skills You need constructive and respectful cooperation in the team. You like to work independently, case-by-case and make practical decisions. You are happy to work with legal provisions and communicate your decisions transparently. It is fun to identify relationships and to build up your decision legally. You deal with the applicants and the need for assistance in an understanding and respectful manner and keep in mind the needs of the individual. You have perfect knowledge of German in word and scripture (C1 level) and understand long, complex texts and legal texts. You control the current MS Office applications.
