Our mission: to make Sana sustainable with the development and introduction of digital HR products and processes and to support the Group's HR teams in their demanding tasks. Our focus is on the pay and salary accounting of the entire group and the digitization of workflow-based personal processes. In addition, we are contact persons for the area of recruiting & human resources management as well as employee transfer, staff placement and personnel consulting within and outside the Sana Group.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a HR Service Center team for a defined circle of employees Structure of the HR Service Center including products, structures, interfaces etc. Qualification of employees:inside and continuous development of group-wide processes for personnel administration and payroll Continuous improvement of service quality in the care of employees:inside Accounting implementation of legal, collective and operational regulations Creation of quarterly and annual accounts, determination and evaluation of provisions etc. Contact person for tax and social insurance matters and audits Control of the rollout of the new digital HR and Payroll system in the responsible unit Management of projects in the context of pay billing and payroll

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies in economics, ideally focusing on personnel Multiannual professional experience in pay billing and/or personnel administration in the hospital environment Ideally, first leadership experience (discipline or professional in the form of project management etc.) Structured, analytical and accurate operation Embossed customer orientation, empathy and enthusiasm Strong design will and hands-on mentality
