As Bauleiter / Projektsteuerer Hochbau (m/w/d) of our subsidiary SiLoft GmbH, you are responsible for managing turnkey conversion measures from residential and commercial buildings on the customer side. Your duties include:

General building management of complex, turnkey renovation/reconstruction projects Coordination of construction companies and planning Monitoring the costs and compliance of the budget, as well as taking over contract management As a contracting entity, we provide in-house the essential services of a project development. You are already involved in the rental talks in order to integrate the wishes of the customers in a targeted manner into the planning and construction process. In addition to the construction line, you have the opportunity to develop to the service developer.

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering or more comparable. You have already gained at least five years of professional experience as a construction manager or construction project manager in turn-key construction, ideally with a general company. You are familiar with the construction requirements on the German real estate market. You are familiar with the processes and workflows on construction sites and are also familiar with house technology. You are strong in communication and have team spirit. You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, a structured approach and self-initiative. Your work is independent, predictive and efficient, using modern cloud-based tools. You speak fluent German.
