Your main tasks: You will focus on the area of personnel development, in particular the establishment of target and actual competence profiles, the derivation of development plans and qualification requirements and the organisation of the seminar administration. Working with all related tasks in recruiting, in personnel management and payroll accounting. Your profile: You have a successfully completed commercial training with further training in the field of personnel or a completed study in the field of personnel management, business management or a comparable qualification. You already have several years of professional experience in human resources. You bring well-founded knowledge of labour and social security law. A strong communication and organizational capability, as well as a high social competence and team capacity are yours. You convince with enforcing power, decision-making, discretion and trustworthiness.
