Become a part of CHEFS CULINAR and support us in our new office in Pilsach as a specialist (m/w/d) full-time transport agent management (38.5 h/week), take a central role in the transport agent department and make sure that all transport means movements are reliably captured and tuned, you will process complaints, first and check meticulously that goods are handled and handled correctly. Planned start date: 01.12.26.

The processing and booking of the entire transportation movements such as pallets, roller shutters and containers in the system are your tasks. You are responsible for examining and processing complaints as well as clarifying differences with customers, forwardings and internal departments. You take over the creation and control of credits from commodity returns and transport differences. Communication with warehouses, disposition and external partners to clarify open transport resources – you take care of it. You will start evaluations and overviews of transport resources and support administrative backoffice activities.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the commercial sector. Friendly and professional handling with customers as well as pronounced communication skills are yours. You bring good computer skills, especially safe handling of MS Office applications. Service- and customer-oriented thinking and acting are remembered in the daily workflow paired with care, a structured way of working and maximum reliability. Very good German skills complete your profile.
