You provide a warm guest reception and an appropriate guest service You are responsible for a guest-friendly check-in and check-out incl. Accounting, Commission accounting and debt collection processing Guidance, coordination and continuous training of the reception team Compliance, implementation and optimization of Seetel Service and quality standards You provide an ideal flow of information and smooth cooperation with all other departments in the house

You are cordial and friendly in handling your fellow human beings You take the responsibility you have transferred You are a reliable team player You have good German skills You can lead a team
