From now on we are looking for motivated and team-enabled professionals with a long-term perspective for the area of pre- and final assembly in the factory (in early and late). Since 2018, this large company has been using the Try & Hire model to find suitable employees. Your operation is in the “real” IG-Metall Tariff (comparative wage about €25). Since the highest value is placed on the quality and motivation of the employees in the assembly, you have here from day 1 a fair hourly wage of 21 – 22 € at the start + wage increases thanks to industry supplements (after 5 months the first wage increase, after 15 months a wage of 30,82 €.
