Head of Group Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

As a group management (m/w/d) in quality assurance, you take over the professional and organizational leadership of your team and ensure compliance with all quality and food requirements and operational hygiene You guide and coordinate your QS team, including operational planning, professional guidance and training of employees You accompany and coordinate external and internal audits (neutral institutes, food monitoring, IFS auditors, official veterinary checks) as well as sampling and operations You are responsible for the maintenance, development and implementation of the QM and HACCP system as well as the associated documentation and develop training and training measures and ensure their implementation You guide the creation, implementation and sustainable anchoring of quality assurance measures in the process processes Ensure the monitoring of all products and processes according to HACCP and IFS requirements You are working on complaints independently or in coordination with the department management, and you are taking corrective and preventive measures You plan, conduct and evaluate internal audits and accompany improvement processes You ensure compliance with all legal requirements for food labelling and labelling You act as an interface between production, technology, logistics and management

You have completed vocational training as a butcher (m/w/d), food technician (m/w/d) or completed vocational training/studies in the field of quality management, quality assurance and HACCP Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance, ideally with first leadership or team leadership responsibility Knowledge of meat, HACCP, IFS as well as the handling of goods and services Experience in carrying out and supporting audits and complaint management Ready to work in the cooled area and in the 3-layer system Embossed leadership and communication strength, enforcement capacity and a structured and solution-oriented manner A sense of responsibility, a sense of decision and a high understanding of quality complete your profile
