• You have a successfully completed vocational training as a gas and water installer, technician - heating, ventilation, air conditioning,
• to demonstrate central heating and ventilation or a comparable qualification from the main building structures.
• Experiences in facility management, building technology, domestic engineering or in cross-sector areas such as heating, climate, ventilation and sanitation are desirable.
• Additional qualifications in the VDI 6022 area for ventilation systems are advantageous and underline your technical expertise.
• They have good knowledge of German in word and writing, which enables clear and effective communication.
