Become a trainee Sustainability (m/w/x) part of our dedicated Sustainability team at our Gütersloh site and actively shape the sustainability agenda of an international technology service provider. Promoting sustainability projects: You enter your own (part-)projects on global and regional sustainability initiatives and work closely with internal partner areas Customer-oriented implementation: You actively participate in customer projects and help integrate sustainable solutions into existing logistics processes. Communication & Awareness: You develop information materials, presentations and training content to make sustainability visible both internally and externally. Data & Reporting: You provide data for internal reports and sustainability indicators and provide complex information in clear, understandable evaluations. Interface management: You coordinate relevant areas such as legal compliance, controlling, procurement or transport management and ensure a smooth flow of information.

Special interest & knowledge: You bring a strong interest in sustainability - ideally complemented by pre-experiences from study or practical work. Study background: You are in advanced bachelor's or master's degree, for example in BWL, logistics/supply-chain management or a comparable degree program. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Analytical & organizational skills: You work structured, carefully and can prepare complex topics clearly and understandably. Soft Skills: You are team-oriented, curious, communication-strong and like to take responsibility to achieve results together.
