We are looking forward to your application as (Junior) Product Manager (m/w/d) Lending at C24 Bank GmbH!

You develop and answer product and process solutions in the area of credit and collection You analyze data, KPIs, and user behavior and derive specific product and process decisions You identify optimization potentials along the entire customer journey and implement them in a structured manner You develop professional concepts and user stories and accompany their implementation in close cooperation with specialist areas, IT, external partners and management You enter the entire end-to-end process from the user interface to the processing processes in the back office You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, bring business, data and technology perspectives together and continuously develop products, processes and systems - including the use of AI potentials

You have a successfully completed university degree with economic or IT focus (e.g. economics, BWL, computer science, business informatics) You think data-driven, analytic and go to tasks logically structured You have a high affinity for process optimization, automation and product development, even using AI You ideally bring first professional experience in product management, in business analysis, consulting or a comparable environment with You are sure to deal with data, KPIs and analytical tools; Knowledge in Excel, BI tools or SQL are a plus Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
