Construction Manager TGA HLSK (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a building manager TGA (w/m/d) HLSK in permanent position.

Our client is an established company in the technical building management and in the project execution of building engineering plants. The focus is on projects in the plants heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary throughout the entire construction process. Construction and assembly processes are closely coordinated at the site, so that interfaces between structures, subcontractors and contractors can be efficiently controlled. The focus is on meeting dates, budgets and quality standards as well as clean documentation and consistent execution. The projects are mainly implemented in the regional environment and are characterised by clear responsibilities and practical processes.

As a construction manager TGA (w/m/d) HLSK, you can actively participate in the project success and bring your experience into challenging HKLS projects. Responsible management and control of HKLS projects including responsibility for the entire construction process from work preparation to acceptance Coordination of all participating organisations with a focus on the management of subcontractors and coordination with builders, specialist planners and internal project participants Monitoring the proper installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations Date, cost and quality control at the construction site including traceability of performance levels, deficiencies and rework until sustainable removal Leading the construction site documentation with dimensions, protocols and decreases as well as participation in subsequent submissions and technical clarifications to ensure the project results

Complete technical training, ideally as a technician or technician in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation technology or a comparable qualification in the TGA Professional experience in construction or assembly line, preferably in HKLS technology with practice in construction site control Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and technologies in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation as well as safe handling of planning and execution documents Strength of communication and enforcement in the management of technicians and entrepreneurs, as well as in the professional handling of clients and planners Structured, responsible operation with a view to interfaces, risks and pragmatic solutions in the building site everyday
