Senior Designer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the construction of more complex, new assemblies and entire machinery & equipment (Line Owner) in close cooperation with the group management. You will also participate in the idea-finding, concept study and process engineering developments (including their realization) of our machines. In your role as a specialist, you share your existing design experience, methodology and knowledge with colleagues, with less explicit professional experience in the relevant technical field. Your tasks also include the creation of all documents (such as piece, order lists or pneumatic plans) related to the design. Finally, you agree with subcontractors & other stakeholders during the design phase and actively participate in national and international project meetings.

You have completed your degree in mechanical engineering, engineering, or comparable qualifications. At the same time, you enthuse us through your extensive experience in the development of complex systems and machine concepts in special machine construction. You will also bring well-founded knowledge in CAD (AutoCad 2D, Solid Works). To continuously improve your own initiative and motivation processes and to analyze problems in a structured manner and to find solutions, you are notable. Traveling to the Tesla Group's global locations, you feel as an enrichment of your technically complex task and also draw your motivation from a dynamic environment & changing framework conditions. As a team player, you enthuse us through your organized & independent working and your very good communication with in- and external contacts - also in very good English.
