As part of our HealthCare team in Cologne, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Munich, Hanover or Stuttgart, you will lead German administrations into the digital future with us and create modern and secure systems for millions of people. You can do a variety of tasks: You plan and control large, complex projects and guide multi-functional and agile teams as overall project manager:in, using project management methods such as Scrum or Waterfall. You control the project progress and ensure compliance with project goals and milestones by using project management tools, managing quality assurance and continuously managing risk management, including deriving prevention measures to the respective risks. You coordinate the development of customer-oriented products from ideas development to implementation using design thinking and other innovation techniques. You work with agile Scrum teams to ensure and implement project requirements. You run the project staff professionally and escalate in problems.

Your skill set You have completed your studies, have at least eight years relevant professional experience and have a project management certification (e.g. Scrum, Wasserfall). You have well-founded experience in health care organisations such as hospitals or health insurance companies and have knowledge of German and English in C1 level. You have experience in design thinking and innovation methods for developing and implementing customer-oriented solutions.
